Singapore Sulfur Granulation Project Contracted by China Haisum Has Been Accepted!

       After more than two years of construction work, many difficulties rising from COVID-19 have been overcome. Recently, Singapore Sulfur Granulation Project (hereinafter referred to as the Singapore SPP Project) contracted by China Haisum Shanghai Business Departments was awarded the TOP certificate, which marked the successful completion and acceptance of the project.

       TOP(Temporary Occupation Permit)TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit) is a temporary production permit approved by the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA) and it marks the completion of the building as habitable or usable. 

       Singapore SPP Project is a new sulfur processing plant and sulfur shipping dock in Jurong Island, Singapore, built by Singapore Nanyang Chemical Co., Ltd. It comprises several units, including sulfur granulator, liquid sulfur storage and port handling facilities, with a total construction area of approximately 9,000 square meters.

 

  

       This project is one of the major projects undertaken by China Haisum in overseas developed countries, mainly covering two warehouses, production workshops, office buildings, public engineering station buildings, power distribution stations, as well as auxiliary buildings such as individual buildings, pump houses and motorcycle sheds. The pile foundation operation of the project was commenced in early February 2020 and the TOP was obtained on May 27, 2022. Currently, the process system is under linkage commissiong. There is also a small amount of civil works, electromechanical works, and close-out works. Trial production is planned to get started in the second half of July.
