On October 7, the "Lankuaikei China Technology Research and Development Center and Lankuaikei Headquarters Base Project" contracted by Shanghai Headquarters of China Haisum officially embarked on foundation laying at the bank of Dishui Lake. Dong Weihua, chairman of Lankuaikei Group, Wu Jie, deputy director of Shanghai Lin-gang Special Area Management Committee, Xi Lifeng, vice president of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Su Jinshan, director of Pudong New Area Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee and other leaders attended the commencement ceremony. Zhao Guo'ang, secretary of the CPC Committee and chairman of China Haisum, as the representative of the construction party, was invited to the foundation laying ceremony and delivered a speech. Zheng Wen, general manager, Wang Lixue, deputy general manager of Shanghai headquarters and project team leader were invited to the ceremony.
The Lankuaikei China Technology Research and Development Center and Lankuaikei Headquarters Base is located in Nanhui New City, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, with a total building area of 33,153㎡. It is a class-I public building with 2 floors underground and 11 floors above the ground. After completion, there will be six functional spaces, including corporate headquarters office space, more than 50 scientist innovation laboratories, global industrial chain co-working space, scientific research exhibition space, international education and collaboration space and public experience space.
Zhao Guo'ang said in his speech that as a strategic partner of Lankuaikei, China Haisum will aim at building a high-quality and model intelligent agriculture project, give play to resource endowment and professional advantages to provide all-round engineering technology, management and implementation solutions and technical support for the project. China Haisum will work with Lankuaikei to build a landmark building representing the image of the city in the future. At the same time, taking that as a starting point, relying on the deposits from nearly 70 years of engineering construction and the assiduous exploration in the digital transformation in recent years, in virtue of the corresponding and complementary characteristics of industry and agriculture, China Haisum will explore the fields of intelligent agriculture, digital fields, future agriculture scenario planning, etc. together with Lankuaikei, deepen cooperation and shape the industry brand jointly to enable high-quality development of intelligent agriculture.
Dong Weihua, chairman of Lankuaikei Group, emphasized in his speech that the project is an important strategic decision for Lankuaikei to root in Lingang and face to the world. The functional roof of the headquarters base, taken in measures with different technical difficulties for sustainable development, clearly shows the close connection between modern science and technology and agricultural transformation and development, and makes the base a truly green intelligent building and an "agricultural oasis" in the future.
At the ceremony, leaders of all parties jointly laid a foundation stone for the project.
Lankuaikei (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a scientific and technological enterprise specializing in agricultural knowledge technology to make "contributions to food security, rural revitalization and the integrative development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers of China". In September 2021, China Haisum signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Lankuaikei, to deepen their cooperation in intelligent agriculture and industry integration, jointly lead the development of the industry and set an industry benchmark.
