They signed contracts for major projects one after another,
meet major project nodes, and
advance bravely in the fourth quarter with a new attitude
to fight well for the end of the year.
· Signed a contract for Lankuaikei Green Building Construction General Contracting Project
Recently, with its engineering experience and technical accumulation in the field of green buildings, Shanghai head office of China Haisum has successfully undertaken the construction general contract project of Lankuaikei China Technology Research and Development Center and Lankuaikei Headquarters Base.
The project is located at the headquarters bay base of Shanghai Lingang New Area, with a total construction area of 33,153 ㎡. it is a first-class public building with 2 floors underground and 11 floors above ground. After completion, it will have six functional spaces, including corporate headquarters office space, more than 50 scientist innovation laboratories, global industrial chain co-working space, scientific research exhibition space, international education and collaboration space and public experience space.
After the completion of the project, it will become a landmark building representing the image of city in the future. The project team will build a green intelligent building with sustainable development in the true sense by adopting the world's leading technologies such as green ecology, energy cycle and intelligent control according to the standards of green three-star building and LEED Gold Award.
· Won the bid for the Production Project of 1GWh Composite Titanium Lithium Battery in Linyi Lancheng Titanium Age.
Recently, China GDE Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as GDE), affiliated to China Haisum, won the bid for the production project of 1GWh composite titanium lithium battery of Linyi Lancheng Titanium Age, and provided design services for the project.
The project is located in Lanshan District, Linyi City, Shandong Province, covering an area of 296,264.87 ㎡, with a total construction area of 218,000 ㎡ and a construction area of 113,000 ㎡ in Phase I. The planned production capacity of the project is 3GWh, and the construction production capacity of Phase I is 1GWh. The product types are square cylindrical composite titanium battery and large square composite titanium battery.
In recent years, China Haisum has been aiming at "new materials, new energy" and other industrial fields, constantly cultivating and expanding emerging industries, focusing on promoting the research on the green closed-loop whole industrial chain of power batteries. For its undertaken projects, full coverage from upstream materials to downstream applications has been achieved.
· Signed a contract for Xinfeng International Center Project
Recently, GDE signed a contract for Xinfeng International Center Project to provide planning and architectural design, interior design, landscape design & logo system design, architectural floodlighting design and other services.
The project is located in Fengnan District, Tangshan City, and is a high-rise complex integrating commerce, office, finance and business apartment. The planned land area is 7391.83 ㎡, and the total building area is 57317.1 ㎡. After the project is completed, it will become one of the influential landmark buildings in the local area.
· The main lane of Guomen Avenue has been basically completed and open to traffic
Recently, the construction of the main lane of Guomen Avenue in Fangchenggang City, supervised by China Light Industry Nanning Design Engineering Co., Ltd., which is affiliated to China Haisum, has been basically completed, realizing the basic traffic conditions.
The Guomen Avenue project is a major transportation infrastructure for Fangchenggang City to promote the construction of "the Belt and Road" New Western Land-sea Corridor, and has been listed as a major project promoted by the autonomous region as a whole. The project starts from the vicinity of Fangchenggang Cross-Sea Bridge in the east, and ends at Dongxing Junction of Fangchenggang–Dongxing Expressway in the west. It connects Jiangshan Peninsula, Pearl Bay and Gin Nationality three islands along the line, and reaches the port wharf and Guomen Port. It has a total length of about 31.7 kilometers, with two-way eight lanes and a designed speed of 80 km/h.
After the completion of the project, it will greatly enhance the road image and improve the traffic conditions of citizens, which is of great strategic significance for Fangchenggang City to build an international border sea channel, actively integrate into the construction of new western land-sea corridor, and promote economic growth.
· EPC Project of Xiangyang Cigarette Factory Raw Material Warehouse Construction Project of China Tobacco Hubei Industrial Corporation Limited won the "Chutian Cup" in Hubei Province
Recently, the EPC Project of Xiangyang Cigarette Factory Raw Material Warehouse Construction Project of China Tobacco Hubei Industrial Corporation Limited, undertaken by Shanghai head office of China Haisum, won the "Chutian Cup Award" for the construction of high-quality projects in Hubei Province.
"Chutian Cup Award" is the highest honor award for engineering quality in Hubei construction industry. The award is selected once a year, and about 50 projects are generally awarded each time, to commend and encourage the project leaders who adhere to the principle of "quality comes first in our mighty construction plan".
The project is a landmark project of Shanghai head office in the field of EPC of the national tobacco industry. It has advanced design concept, adopts three-dimensional BIM model modeling and high-standard design, uses an all-round procurement platform to meet the needs of all parties, accurately controls the construction quality, safety, cost and progress of the project, and achieves the established goals of the project.
