Not long ago, China CEC Engineering Corporation (hereinafter referred to as " China CEC"), affiliated to China Haisum, and Fujian Qingshan Paper Industry Co., Ltd. held the signing ceremony of the contract of technology transformation in alkali recovery both online and offline.
The project covers building a new alkali recovery production line including evaporation and alkali recovery furnace (2000tds/d), caustic soda recovery furnace, supporting heat supply generator unit, supporting equipments and devices for environment protection and fire prevention and peripheral general drawing. The total investment of the project exceeds RMB 680 million.
At the signing ceremony, Lin Xiaohe, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Fujian Qingshan Paper Industry Co., Ltd., signed the contract with Zhang Chengfeng, Assistant to General Manager of China CEC Engineering Corporation and General Manager of the pulping and paper making department. The successful implementation of the project will effectively solve the imbalance of pulp and alkali paper capacity existing in the current production system of Fujian Qingshan Paper Industry Co., Ltd., which will promote the overall improvement of the technical level of production equipment, and will be conducive to cost reduction, efficiency increase, energy conservation, consumption reduction as well as emission reduction and pollution control, realizing the sustainable development of the enterprise.
Lin Xiaohe pointed out in his speech that today is a significant day in the history of Fujian Qingshan Paper Industry Co., Ltd. and that the project is a guarantee for Fujian Qingshan Paper Industry Co., Ltd. to achieve industrial upgrading and high-quality development in the future. With Fujian Qingshan Paper Industry Co., Ltd. and China Haisum joining hands once again, it is believed that China CEC will ensure safety, quality, and progress of the project, and keep budget under control, making this project a model of the industry.

Fujian Qingshan Paper Industry Co., Ltd., owned by Fujian Light and Textile Industrial (Holdings) Co., Ltd., is a large state-owned pulping and papermaking enterprise with a long history and good reputation in China. China CEC has been in business partnership with Fujian Qingshan Paper Industry Co., Ltd. for decades and a deep friendship has been established between the two sides. In the late 1960s, the older generation of engineers from China CEC was deployed at the location of Fujian Qingshan Paper Industry Co., Ltd. for on-site design.
