China Haisum held a review meeting of 2023 comprehensive budget and production and operation plan

To further improve effectiveness of enterprise operation, implement requirements of the Company's "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" strategic objectives, lay out key points of development in 2023, and ensure smooth implementation of the budget work in 2023, China Haisum Held a review meeting of its comprehensive budget and production and operation plan for 2023 from November 15 to 16. Zhao Guoang, Chief Economist of China Light Industry Group Co., Ltd, Secretary of the CPC committee and Chairman of China Haisum attended and addressed the meeting. Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of the CPC committee and President of the Company, members of the Company's leading group, heads of all departments of the headquarter, heads, financial officers and operation personnel of all business units attended the meeting either on site or through video. The meeting was chaired by Lin Lin, CFO and Secretary of Board of Directors.

At the meeting, the principal of each operation unit made a special report on the enterprise's expected production and operation objectives achieved in 2022, the preliminary prediction of production and operation and overall budget objectives in 2023 and the main security measures. Heads of relevant departments of the headquarter had a further discussion about the report of each unit respectively. Members of the Company's leadership commented on the budgets of each unit one after another, and put forward specific requirements for their comprehensive budgets and production and operation plans for 2023. 

Chen Rongrong proposed that all units should strengthen the awareness of operational efficiency and per capita efficiency, accelerate digital transformation and achieve data collection, accumulation and sharing through cloud workshop, actively fulfill the full cost accounting, optimize the allocation of human resources, attach importance to talent training, and strengthen efforts in enhancing core technologies of the industry, further improving the core competitiveness of the Company  in all directions. Chen Rongrong also stressed that the formulation of comprehensive budget should follow the rule of finance coming after business, that operation units shall value the reasonable planning and layout of production and operation plan for the health status of the operating data can bring the health of the Company's overall operation. 

Zhao Guoang requested that all units should take the initiative to follow the "14th Five-Year Plan" closely, go all out to maintain the mentality of constantly surpassing ourselves, striving for the production and operation objectives of 2022. Zhao Guoang stressed, “The company will enter the stage of innovation and development in 2023. Thus, it is necessary to make general arrangements, formulate reasonable comprehensive budget and production and operation plans for next year under the guidance of "six studies, six understandings and six improvements" and take comprehensive budget management as an important measure under new economic situation. Besides, we should make good use of management tools, especially digital means, to standardize budget management process and improve the effectiveness of budget management. We should pay close attention to our goals and tasks, consolidate the granularity and efficiency of budget control and plan preparation, have goals and stress decomposed and transmitted at all levels, therefore providing a solid guarantee for the comprehensive budget management.
