Recently, China Haisum's Headquarters in Shanghai, China CEC Engineering Corporation (hereinafter referred to as CEC), and China Light Industry Chengdu Design & Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chengdu Branch) have been actively involved in the field of special paper and have successfully won bids for the engineering design projects of Minfeng Special Paper and Jinfeng Paper.
· Minfeng Special Paper Haiyan New Area Phase I Technical Upgrade Project
CEC won the bid for the engineering design project of Minfeng Special Paper Co., Ltd., with an annual production capacity of 36,000 tons of special paper. The project includes the new No. 8 machine project, which mainly produces tracing paper with an annual capacity of approximately 15,000 tons, and the new No. 20 machine project, which mainly produces cigarette paper. The latter consists of two production lines: a long-mesh multi-cylinder cigarette paper production line with an annual capacity of approximately 15,000 tons, and a slanted-mesh multi-cylinder high-transparency filter tip paper production line with an annual capacity of approximately 6,000 tons.
· Minfeng Special Paper Haiyan New Area Phase II Engineering Design Project
China Haisum's Headquarters in Shanghai won the bid for the engineering design project of Minfeng Special Paper Co., Ltd., with an annual production capacity of 70,000 tons of special coated paper. The project adopts off-machine coating and includes a long-mesh multi-cylinder papermaking production line with an annual capacity of approximately 63,000 tons, a coating line with a total annual capacity of approximately 70,000 tons, as well as equipment such as supercalenders and rewinders.
· Sichuan Jinfeng Paper Co., Ltd. Green, Energy-Saving, and Intelligent Manufacturing Technical Upgrade Design Project
Chengdu Branch has signed a design contract for the "Sichuan Jinfeng Paper Co., Ltd. Green, Energy-Saving, and Intelligent Manufacturing Technical Upgrade Project" with Sichuan Jinfeng Paper Co., Ltd.
The project involves the construction of a new production line with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons of special paper (including medical dialysis paper, non-aluminum backing paper, and non-coated heat transfer paper), and the transformation of the existing PM2, PM3, and PM4 production lines to meet the production requirements of other types of special paper (such as cigarette paper, general forming paper, high-porosity special paper, and tipping base paper), which is currently the largest single-series cigarette paper production line in the western region of China.
