On December 29th, China Haisum held the 2023 annual work report meeting for its headquarters departments at its headquarters in Shanghai. Zhao Guoang, Deputy General Manager of Poly Sinolight and Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Haisum, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Members of the company's leadership team attended the meeting in person, while the heads of various operating units participated online. The meeting was chaired by Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of China Haisum
During the meeting, heads of various departments at the headquarters gave on-site work report focusing on themes such as serving "customers", supporting "business" departments, creating and delivering value, etc. They reviewed performance, summarized highlights, analyzed shortcomings, and planned strategies. Members of the company's leadership team each provided their comments and, based on their respective areas of responsibility, expressed expectations and requirements for the work of the headquarters departments.
Chen Rongrong delivered a summary speech at the meeting. He stated that the year-end work report is a comprehensive summary of the year's work, and departments should engage in more self-criticism and self-doubt, striving for continuous improvement through continuous refinement. He emphasized three requirements:
First, to build a learning-oriented headquarters. Departments should learn the essence of intelligent manufacturing - "lean as the foundation, craftsmanship as the soul, interconnection as the root, data as the foundation, and integration as the effect", and accelerate the digital transformation of management. This should be achieved through data accumulation to achieve self-perception, self-adaptation, self-execution, and self-decision-making. Second, to build an empowering headquarters. Eliminate formalism and "internal competition," and improve efficiency and capability. Third, to build a platform-oriented headquarters. All departments should fully utilize the entire system's human resources to improve human efficiency.
During the meeting, Zhao Guoang affirmed the work of various departments at the headquarters throughout the year. He said that 2023 was the first year of comprehensive restart of various works, and through everyone's efforts, the company has achieved good results in all aspects of its work.
